Through two decades of diversified expansion, Program has been transformed from a 3-man company into a multi-national corporation with six subsidiary companies, all contributing to the continuous growth of Program Group.
Program Contractors Ltd. was established in 1987 with the objective of specializing in metalwork fabrication and erection. Following the injection of new resources in the area of Building Construction, Program has expanded its capabilities to become a General Contractor specializing in the areas of metal works, structural steelworks, vitreous enamel products, building construction / refurbishment, building maintenance and addition and alteration works, associated E&M works and so on. Program has since been positioned to serve clients who demand for quality and sophisticated site management.
With a wealth of experience gained from high profiled customers, Program has successfully gained inclusion in the list of qualified tenderers of various public transport utilities, government departments, hospitals, schools and construction companies. Furthermore, it has established business linkage with advertising agents, architectural and surveying firms.

Prospero Metal Products (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. established in 1994, is situated in Longgang, Shenzhen, China and is the Group's Production Center. The Center is responsible for manufacturing metalwork products, structural steelwork products, polyester powder coating products and vitreous enamel products.

Program International Ltd. was established in 1997 to undertake trading of architectural and registered trademark VETOP products and acting as a procurement agent for the Group.
Program Engineering (Macau) Ltd. was established as a subsidiary company and was registered in Macau in 2006. It provides services for Macau projects. It is exploring new market opportunities within "China Las Vegas" and in regions nearby.
Program Metal Products (Zhuhai) Co. Ltd. established in 2007, is situated in Zhuhai Gaolan Port Economic Zone and is the Group's new production center. To cope with increasing customer demands as well as to strengthen productivity, the Group will construct a total 60,000 square meters of factory facilities. It put operational in mid 2010.
