Works Description:

Design and construction of Lift Shafts at Tai Wai, Tsuen Wan and Tai Wo Hau MTR Stations. The scope of works includes:

•	Foundation and superstructure works
•	Structural alteration works
•	Glazing System
•	Architectural works including wall finishes, ceiling, fitting out and diversion of drainage works
•	Associated E&M works such as electrical, fire services, drainage, ventilation installation and mechanical works
